Why might I need my wisdom teeth removed?

Your wisdom teeth, or third molars are the very last teeth to come through. Often people will experience problems due to lack of space in their Jaw and may need to have these teeth removed.

Here at New Age Dental, we prefer to take a more conservative approach and will only take out your wisdom teeth if there is no hope of them erupting without problems.

It’s a better option to have your wisdom teeth removed if they become impacted and are trying to erupt underneath other teeth, which can cause damage to adjacent teeth.

Wisdom teeth can also sometimes erupt sideways through the gums, or they may only partially erupt.
