Checkup & Clean Bundoora

Our dentist will carry out a detailed but very gentle examination of their mouth, assessing the condition of their teeth and gums. We do need to take digital x-rays periodically, to check the development of their teeth and jaws, including teeth yet to erupt. An x-ray may also be needed if we suspect a tooth is infected or decayed, but we only take these diagnostic images when necessary.

Just like adults, children can benefit from having their teeth professionally cleaned. We will gently scale their teeth to remove any hardened plaque, before carefully polishing their teeth. Hopefully your child will enjoy the sensation of having a beautifully clean mouth.
