During your first visit, we will need to become familiar with your medical history. We will ask you to fill in a medical form which can be downloaded from our website, or completed when you come in. This information is vital to ensure we provide you with the correct treatment. Our dentist will complete a comprehensive examination of your mouth that will include x-rays. This allows us to gain a comprehensive overview of your current dental health.

If you do need any treatment, you will be provided with a treatment plan and our dentist will explain all possible options.
